This policy describes how Marson Law and uses information about visitors to this website.  It does not describe how we collect and use information from other sources, such as seminars, or telephone or in-person conferences.  We may change this policy from time to time and will post changes here.  By using this website, you consent to our practices described on this page.

Personal Information Collection

You may make use of this website without disclosing any personally identifiable information.  We collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email, company, phone number, and address, only if you choose to provide it to us by sending an inquiry, subscribing to a publication or registering for an event.  Our web server may also log certain technical information, such as the identity of your Internet service provider and your computer’s IP address.

Cookies

“Cookies” are elements of data that a website transfers to your computer’s hard drive to gather information for record-keeping purposes.  Marson Law does not currently use cookies on this site.

Use of Personal Information

We may use personal information which you provide to us to respond to your inquiries, perform legal services that you request, provide notices of seminars and other events, and send newsletters, articles and similar information that may interest you.

Sharing Data

We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the services you request, as required by law, or as necessary in connection with the sale or transfer of our business.  For example, we may provide information to third party service providers in the United States, People’s Republic of China or other jurisdictions to the extent necessary to register a contract or legal entity on your behalf, request clarifications regarding law or practice in response to your inquiry, translate documents, or register you with sponsors of an event you request to attend.  The privacy policies of those providers and sponsors may differ from this one and we encourage you to review them.
